Fundamental Social and Human Rights in the Social Security Reform (The SOPU project)

The SOPU project deals with the ongoing social security reform. In the project, we examine how fundamental social and human rights affect the organising of social security and the system’s constructional reform by creating constitutional conditions. Furthermore, from the perspective of social rights, how income security is organised in certain other European countries.
