Presentation
I am a senior researcher at Kela’s Research Unit. In addition to occupational and student healthcare, my research areas include the economic evaluation of medicines. As needed, I perform calculations on cost and financing related to Kela's health security, other benefits, and services. I am involved in planning, for example, health surveys assessing the health and wellbeing of higher education students. I have an active interest in developing research, and I am happy to collaborate to improve health security.

The study looks at the benefits of rehabilitation for Kela’s rehabilitation clients from perspectives that thus far have received less attention.

The article examines OH services on the basis of both statistics and registers collected by the Social Insurance Institution, Statistics Finland and the National Institute for Health and Welfare.

Prevention of waterborne outbreaks is important, as there is a risk of severe short- and long-term health effects and substantial health-economic costs.
