Presentation

I am a research manager at Kela’s Research Unit. My main responsibility is the implementation of the customer research programme at Kela. In accordance with Kela's strategy, my research focuses especially on understanding the customer experience and the contact process. In these research projects, individual and structural aspects are in focus when examining the relationship between customers' different life situations and the public service system.
