I am a Research Professor at Kela’s Research Unit. My area of research relates to the implementation, development, and evaluation of rehabilitation services. I have led and coordinated extensive projects, such as Muutos I (2015–2019), which examined the impact of changes in Kela’s rehabilitation on clients. My present research in Muutos II concerns the reforms undertaken to organise Kela’s rehabilitation.
