Presentation

I am a researcher at Kela’s Research Unit, where I am performing a register-based research relating to family benefits as well as microsimulation to assess changes in legislation. In the ongoing projects, I am examining how the birth of a child and the use of family leave affects the wage gap between men and women and how the childcare allowances affect the childcare choices made by families.
