Flexible application - research funding for Kela's current information needs

In addition to a targeted call, Kela can grant research funding by launching flexible application for research funding based on Kela's current information needs. The flexible application processes are launched in response to the current information needs of Kela's operations.
Flexible application is only announced on this website and on the X (formerly Twitter) account @kelantutkimus, and there will be no press advertising.
- There will be no flexible application in 2024.

Fill in the funding application form (pdf) and send it and its attachments by email to kirjaamo@kela.fi, or
by post to Kela’s research, Kela’s KKRL Section 12 research funds, P.O. Box 450, FI-00056 Kela.
