I am currently working on our customer research programme. I also participate in research work done on the experiences of persons with disabilities as customers of social services provided by Kela and the municipalities, the customer relations of care allowance recipients who are over 75 years old and receiving guarantee pensions, and the results of the 2023 Social Barometer, among other things.
